Ginger founded Core IV Health & Wellness Center after her own health journey. Diagnosed with thyroid cancer as a teenager, she faced surgeries and treatments that left lasting challenges – and found that natural therapies and nutritional support transformed her health. That experience drives her mission: a clinic where clients receive compassionate care, high-quality therapies and a supportive team. Outside the clinic, Ginger loves traveling, time with family and discovering new ways to optimize health.
Dr. Jonathan Hodor, DO, MS
Medical Director
Dr. Hodor serves as Core IV’s Medical Director. He brings extensive experience in OB/GYN and high-risk pregnancy care, and today focuses on anti-aging and preventative medicine – combining advanced medical knowledge with a passion for helping patients optimize their long-term health. He is also a dedicated mentor who shares his expertise with the entire Core IV team.
Brian
Practitioner
Brian brings more than 23 years of clinical nursing experience across emergency, interventional and critical care. His career spans trauma nursing at the Philippine General Hospital and leadership and educator roles at Jerudong Park Medical Centre in Brunei, where he helped develop policies and training programs for hospital accreditation. At Core IV he is especially passionate about ozone therapy, vitamin D and glutathione. Off duty, he enjoys time with his wife and son.
Sergio
Practitioner
Sergio served 10 years in the military before an injury led him to a career as a paramedic. His calm, steady presence helps clients feel at ease during treatment. A wellness enthusiast himself, Sergio includes ozone therapy and Core IV’s cold plunge in his own health routine.

Melita brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience. During the week she is a Charge Nurse at Kaiser Permanente, and on weekends she’s a client favorite at Core IV. Known for being an exceptional IV stick, she pairs clinical skill with close attention to detail and a calm, caring approach – and helps Core IV maintain high standards for safety and compliance. She loves family time, travel, hiking and boating.

Sandy spent much of her career in sales and customer service helping people with financial wellness, and now brings that same passion to holistic health. She’s known for translating complex information into simple, practical guidance – especially for clients navigating chronic conditions. She enjoys reading, journaling and learning new things, coffee in hand.

Client Care Coordinator
Sydney’s background in horse training and barn management built her values of hard work, clear communication and personalized care. At Core IV she has developed a deep passion for holistic wellness, especially nutrition, and loves connecting with clients on their wellness journeys. In her free time she enjoys vintage thrifting, horseback riding, cooking and creative mixology.

Kiana has been a Wellness Tech at Core IV for more than three years, and her bright, bubbly personality makes every client feel welcome. She also works at the Optometry Center at the VA, helping veterans with their vision care. A newlywed, she enjoys building an exciting new chapter with her husband.
